Information sessions finished

Total of 67 representatives of NGOs, counties, cultural, educational and other organizations and institutions from Croatia (Dubrovnik, Korčula, Metković, Opuzen, Ploče, Samobor, Slano, Split, Trogir, Zagreb), Montenegro (Bar, Kotor, Podgorica, Tivat), Slovenia (Ljubljana) and even New Zeeland (Auckland) took part on the last two Info days in Croatia in Dubrovnik on September 10 and Opuzen on September 11, organized in the frame of the IPA Cross-border programme Croatia - Montenegro, 2007-2013.

On behalf of the Programme Operation structures, they were greeted by Mrs Ines Gotovuša, National coordinator of this Programme in the Ministry for Regional Development, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Croatia and Mr. Darko Kasalica, National Coordinator of the Programme in the Ministry for European Integration of Montenegro. On behalf of the Delegation of the European Commission to Montenegro, the participants were greeted by Mr Enrique Aguado Asenjo, Task Manager for Democratic Stabilization in the Operations Section in the Delegation. They also provided detailed answers to the questions that participants have risen during the Info days.

The Info days were organized by the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme, in cooperation with the Ministry for Regional Development, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Croatia and the Ministry for European Integration of Montenegro.

They were the last ones in the series of Information sessions that took part in Montenegro and in Croatia. The Joint Technical Secretariat as usually practiced during these sessions, delivered detailed information on the Programme procedures and presented the key documents of the Application package: Guidelines for applicants, Logic Matrix, Application form and Budget.

Potential applicants have found all presentation detailed and useful. The general opinion is that all information that had been given during the Info days, are very helpful in preparation of project proposals and filling in all necessary documents.

All questions raised, together with the answers will be published in the FAQ section on the web-sites of the Programme (www.cbccro-mne.org), of the Ministry for European Integration of Montenegro (www.mei.gov.me), of the Ministry for Regional Development, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Croatia (www.mrrsvg.hr), of the European Commission (www.ec.europa.eu/europeaid/work/funding/index_en.htm), as well as on the web-site of electronic Forum of cross-border and transnational programmes where Montenegro is participating (www.cbc-mne.org).

Please, find attached List of participants, Presentation materials which were used and more Photos.
