 Due to a big interest for IPA cross border programme between Montenegro and Croatia, as well as for the other IPA cross border programmes, that representative of tourism organizations, utility companies, institutions in culture, NGOs etc. have shown, JTS has organized another meeting at Tivat municipality on 8th April. The meeting was organized by municipality vice-president Mr. Ilija Janović, who also is the coordinator for IPA cross border programmes.
The focus of the meeting was numerous of questions about programme. Representatives of JTS and Secretariat for European integration gave precise and detailed answers.
The participants pointed out that those kind of meeting are very important and helpful in a way of getting more information about IPA programmes.

JTS held meetings with contact persons in municipalities and representatives of tourism organizations, utility companies - Komunalno preduzeće, institutions in culture, NGOs etc. in two rest eligible areas of Cross-border Programme Croatia-Montenegro:
Kotor April 02nd, at 12:00 h
Budva April 03rd, at 13:30 h
Representatives of JTS have informed participants about implemented and planned activities of JTS, and answered the numerous questions related to the Programme, as on previous meetings. Participants have already been informed about the rest of IPA cross border programmes where their municipalities can take a part (MNE-BiH, MNA-AL, Adriatic programme), as well as IPA transnational programmes where Montenegro can take a part (Mediterranean programme and South East Europe Space programme). For more detailed information about all cross border and transnational programmes participants were directed to IPA CBC programmes FORUM (www.cbccro-mne.org/forum).
Representatives of municipalities informed JTS staff about progress in organizing teams for preparation of project proposals. Those teams should join knowledge and experience of some organizations and institutions that have in preparing of project proposals and help to others in transforming good ideas to good project proposals.
It was pointed out that on this level the most important action is to find an adequate partner from the other side of the border apart of developing a good project idea. The important help to potential applicants in this action can be IPA CBC programmes FORUM (www.cbccro-mne.org/forum), as well as next Partner search forum that should be held in Croatia.

In Dubrovnik, a meeting with associations that were not present on PSF in Igalo was held in premises of Art workshop Lazaret on 23th March 2009 in 16:30 hours. Associations were not familiarized with IPA CBC Programme Croatia – Montenegro, therefore the meeting was more then necessary. Participants were representatives of Youth Association Orlando, Association U.P.R.I (Association for promotion of early intervention – health issues with children) and Art Workshop Lazareti association. Some of those associations already have project ideas and potential partners therefore it has been decided to continue with informing all attendees on future activities of JTS, lunching of CfP and future workshops.
