Welcome on the site of the IPA Cross-border co-operation programme Croatia-Montenegro 2007-2013. This programme is co-funded by the European Union under the Component II (cross-border cooperation) of the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA) and by the government of the two countries. The cross-border programme Croatia-Montenegro 2007-2013 was prepared jointly by the two countries and approved by the European Commission in December 2007. The global objective of the programme is to improve the quality of life in the cross border area between Croatia and Montenegro. It should create favorable environmental and socio-economic conditions by improvement of the co-operation and good neighborly relations in the eligible areas in two countries. |
