Consultancy regarding preparing project proposals

With the aim of supporting the process of preparing project proposals for the second Call for Proposals who's launching is expected in late September 2010, Cross Border Institution Building (CBIB) will organize, with the support of the Joint Technical Secretariat, consultative meetings with the experts for all interested applicants from Montenegro, Croatia, and other eligible countries in the JTS premises in Kotor. The planned support will be organized in order to assist potential applicants in defining the goals, creating a logical framework matrix, formulation of the results and so on.
