| The Cross Border Institution Building project organized Training for potential applicants for all IPA Cross border co-operation (CBC) programs of Montenegro. The training happened on October 2nd and 3rd 2008, in Podgorica. Over 30 participants from various organizations (NGOs, public institutions, municipalities) from Montenegro learned how to prepare a Grant proposal for a CBC programs. |
