Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme in cooperation with regional TA project CBIB (Cross-Border Institution Building), supported by the Ministry for European Integration organized a three-day workshop "Implementation and secondary procurement" in Kotor, from 20 to 22 Dec. 2010.

The workshop was attended by the awarded grant beneficiaries from the 1st Call for Proposals, representatives of the Ministry for European Integration of Montenegro (MEI), Agency for Regional Development of the Republic of Croatia (ARD) and the Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro (DEU).

Beneficiaries had the opportunity to get detailed information and instructions regarding financing, secondary procurement, reporting, auditing, monitoring, etc. in order to learn and prepare themselves for the implementation of their projects, awarded within the 1st Call for Proposals. All the participants were very proactive during the workshop.

The great help was given by the representatives of Contracting Authorities (ARD and DEU) answering the questions regarding specific and concrete implementation procedures.
