| Eligible and adjacent areas for Croatia and Montenegro |
 The programming area is made up of “eligible“ and “adjacent“ regions as defined by Articles 88 and 97 of the IPA Implementing Regulation. All the projects activities must be implemented in these regions. According to IPA Implementing Regulation, activities implemented in adjacent area can be financed with 20% of available IPA funds.
