On December 13th 2011, at the "Queen of Montenegro" Hotel in Bečići, Montenegro, took place the Opening Ceremony of the second Call for proposals in the frame of the IPA Cross-Border Programme Croatia - Montenegro.The Ceremony was organized by the  Ministry of Regional Development, Forestry and Water Management of Republic of Croatia, Agency for Regional Develpoment of the Republic of Croatia and Ministry of Foreing  Affairs and European Integration of Montenegro.

Welcoming speeches were given by Mrs. Ratka Sekulović, Head of Sector for Rregional Development and Cross-border cooperation in the Ministry of Regional Development, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Croatia, Mr. Krešimir  Ivančić, Operations Manager of the Delegation of the European Union in Montenegro, Mrs. Dawn Adieand Senior Adviser to the Agency for Regional Development of the Republic of Croatia Mrs. Suzana Derk.

Task Manager in  the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Cross-border programme Croatia - Montenego Mrs. Biljana Trtica Vujanić announced specific details of the second Call for proposals.

Representatives of the cross-border partners  reminded us of the five examples of cross-border projects in the region under successfull implementation which have  started within the previous call for proposals.

The Opening Ceremony was closed with a session for questions and answers regarding the Programme and the second Call.
