Third Roundtable Meeting of the NauTour project, organised by the National Tourism Organisation of Montenegro, was held in Tivat, at the Marina Porto Montenegro Yachting Club, on 25 November 2011.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Hydrographic Institute of the Republic of Croatia, Hydrometeorological Institute of Montenegro, University of Dubrovnik (Maritime Department), National Tourism Organisation of Montenegro, Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Croatia, Port Authority of the Dubrovnik-Neretva County, Kotor Harbour Master's Office, Maritime Safety Department of Montenegro, Marina Porto Montenegro, and other interested parties.

The following issues were presented: current status of the project implementation, a booklet with recommended cross-border routes in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County and Montenegrin Coast, and travel guides. Numerous topics were discussed relating to the current status of nautical tourism in the cross-border area, regulatory rules, problems concerning the crossing of maritime borders, and other issues.

Special guest was Capt. Joško Nikolić, Director of the Directorate for Seafaring and Inland Waterway Navigation Safety and Sea and River Protection of the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Croatia, who gave an interesting and useful lecture, entitled "Safety of Navigation in the Republic of Croatia in the light of International Cooperation with Montenegro".
